Keynotes - Privacy Policy
Keynotes (a division of Keystone Law Limited) (We) are committed to respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our Keynotes Terms of Use sets out how we process any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us).
For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller is Keystone Law Limited, a company registered in England under number 4650763, whose registered office is at Matrix Studios, 91 Peterborough Road, LondonSW6 3BU. We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- Information that you provide in forms on www.keynoteslaw.co.uk (our site). This includes information provided when registering to use our site, subscribing to our services, booking events, posting material or requesting further services.
- If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
- We may ask you to complete surveys we use for research purposes, but you do not have to respond to them.
- Details of transactions (such as event bookings) you carry out via our site.
- Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
- Audio and Video footage taken at the event in which you may feature.
We may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers on anonymous basis.
We may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us:
- To estimate our audience size and usage pattern.
- To store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customise our site according to your individual interests.
- To speed up your searches.
- To recognise you when you return to our site.

You have the right at any time to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes, by contacting us at keynotes@keystonelaw.co.uk. Our site may contain links to and from the websites of our advertisers and affiliates, for which we accept no responsibility or liability.
The Act gives you certain rights to access information held about you. Any access request may be subject to a £10 fee to meet our costs in giving you details of the information we hold about you.
